In the event of a product fault within the warranty duration, please return it to the manufacturer for either repair or replacement. We advise utilising a tracked postal service to guarantee the safe receipt of your product. Please note that postage expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

If a fault arises within the initial 30 days after your purchase, we will cover the postage costs. However, if the issue arises after the initial 30 days, the customer is responsible for covering postage fees. Typically, repairs and/or replacements are completed within 7-14 working days from the date we receive the product.

Please return your parcel to us via a tracked postal service.

All returned items must be:

• Returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging.
• Returned in the same condition as received- with warranty card, manuals and box.
• Returned within 30 days from the date of receipt

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

• Any signs of wear
• Parts of the item or packaging are missing
• Plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed
