Returns & Refunds Policy

If you wish to return your item please contact us via email at requesting a refund.

Please return your parcel to us via a tracked postal service to our registered address. Please ensure you include a cover note with your order number and the reason for your return.  

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages 

All returned items must be:

  • Returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • All watches must be returned in the same condition as received- with warranty card, manuals and box.
  • Returned within 30 days from the date of receipt

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Any signs of wear
  • Parts of the item or packaging are missing
  • Plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed

Once we have received your item and your return has been processed, you will be refunded to the original payment method you used when the order was placed. We endeavour to refund your payment to you as soon as possible but please do allow 5-10 days for this to be debited to your account.  


If you wish to exchange a purchase, please follow our refund process above ad we will endeavour to refund your payment to you as soon as possible. We currently only offer refunds for any purchases made
