Delivery Policy

Fashion Watches UK dispatches all orders via Royal Mail delivery service. 

Fashion Watches UK offers a free standard delivery for all purchases over £60 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. All orders on the Standard Delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch. You can upgrade your delivery service at the checkout stage to our Next Day Delivery or Guaranteed Saturday Delivery service subject to conditions. 

You will receive an order confirmation email from Fashion Watches UK once you have placed your order and a further email once its been dispatched from Royal Mail containing your tracking number 

If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your item because there is no one at home, Royal Mail will leave a calling card. You can then arrange re-delivery or collection from your local Royal Mail depot.

UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). Any orders purchased after 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the next working day. Our Standard Delivery is usually delivered within 2-3 working days 

We offer free Standard Delivery on purchases over £60. Any orders under £60 will be charged £6.99 for delivery 

UK Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)

Fashion Watches UK offer UK Next Day Delivery which is £15.99. If you would like to choose this option, please select UK Next Day Delivery at the checkout. Please note, this is not guarantee next day delivery.

All orders purchased before 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) and delivered on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Please note any orders purchased before 11am on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders purchased after 11am will be dispatched the next working day and delivered on the following working day.

For orders purchased after 11am Thursday on our Next Day Delivery Service, this will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday. Any items purchased after 11am Friday, will be shipped Monday for delivery Tuesday. We do not offer next day service on weekends. If you wish to receive your item on Saturday, you must select our Saturday Delivery Service 

UK Saturday Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery)

Fashion Watches UK offer UK Saturday Delivery which is £17.99. If you would like to choose this option, please select UK Saturday Delivery at the checkout. 

To qualify for our Guaranteed Saturday Delivery Service, orders must be placed before 11am Friday. Any orders placed after 11am Friday will not be delivered on Saturday and will be received on the next working day thereafter.

Bank Holidays & Public Holidays

Fashion Watches UK and our delivery partners do not operate on Bank Holidays or other Public Holidays. We are unable to dispatch or deliver items purchased during this period and this will override any express delivery service you have paid for at the checkout. We ask you to allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays and other Public Holidays. Our normal services will resume on the next working day.

Delivery Delays

While Fashion Watches UK strives to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, there may be unexpected situations beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions or severe road network issues, that could result in delays. We would like to emphasise that in such cases, we cannot be held accountable for any delays and in those instances we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any delays. 

Lost Packages

To ensure the safety and security of your orders, Fashion Watches UK always dispatches your orders using a secure tracked service by Royal Mail. We also provide the correct insurance cover for any damages or losses that may occur during transit, although such occurrences are rare. If you suspect that your order has been lost during transit, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will do our best to promptly resolve the issue, either by replacing or refunding your order. However, please note that once the courier tracking confirms delivery and signature at the designated address, our liability for the order ceases.
