For any watches Fashion Watches UK are official stockists for, the manufacturer will offer their own warranty typically lasting 1 or 2 years. For detailed information on what your warranty covers, please refer to your warranty booklet. If your watch develops a fault within the warranty period, you will need to contact the manufacturer and send it directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. It will be the customers responsibility to cover any postage fees. We recommend using a trackable service for returning all watches. Please refer to the 'warranty exclusions' section below for any defects that are typically not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

For any brands we are a third party stockists for, we offer our own standard 2-year warranty for the timepieces we sell, unless otherwise stated. If your watch develops a fault during the warranty period, you may return it to us for repair or replacement. If the fault occurs within 30 days from the date of your order, we will cover the postage costs, however if the fault develops after 30 days, it will be the customer's responsibility to cover any postage fees. We recommend using a trackable service for returning all watches. Repairs may typically take between 7-14 working days to complete.

Please note, any external damage to the product is not covered by our warranty. If the watch exhibits defects in its movement, inaccurate timekeeping or abnormal gains or losses to time, it will be eligible for coverage under our warranty program.

Any products that fall under our list of warranty exclusions below will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
