We advise utilising a tracked postal service to guarantee the safe receipt of your product. Please note that postage expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

As a third party stockist for select brands, we proudly provide our exclusive Fashion Watches UK 2 year warranty. Should your watch encounter any issues during this timeframe, please reach out to us for detailed instructions on how to initiate a repair, request a replacement, or secure a full refund. If a fault arises within the initial 30 days after your purchase, we will cover the postage costs. However, if the issue arises after the initial 30 days, the customer is responsible for covering postage fees. Typically, repairs and/or replacements are completed within 7-14 working days from the date we receive the product.
