As authorised retailers, we proudly carry official stock and provide a manufacturer's warranty, usually spanning 1 to 2 years. For comprehensive details about coverage and exclusions, kindly consult your warranty booklet. In the event of a product fault within the warranty duration, please return it to the manufacturer for either repair or replacement. We advise utilising a tracked postal service to guarantee the safe receipt of your product. Please note that postage expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Fashion Watches UK Warranty

As a third party stockist for select brands, we proudly provide our exclusive Fashion Watches UK 2 year warranty. Should your watch encounter any issues during this timeframe, please reach out to us for detailed instructions on how to initiate a repair, request a replacement, or secure a full refund. If a fault arises within the initial 30 days after your purchase, we will cover the postage costs. However, if the issue arises after the initial 30 days, the customer is responsible for covering postage fees. Typically, repairs and/or replacements are completed within 7-14 working days from the date we receive the product.

Returns and Refund Policy

Please return your parcel to us via a tracked postal service.

All returned items must be:

• Returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging.
• Returned in the same condition as received- with warranty card, manuals and box.
• Returned within 30 days from the date of receipt

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

• Any signs of wear
• Parts of the item or packaging are missing
• Plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed

Christmas Returns Policy

All purchases made between 11th November 2024 to 14th December 2024 will have an extended return date up until 14th January 2025. Any returns during this period, will need to follow our return and refunds process above.
